Suggestion: The group leader should collect payment from all members and ask which main course they would like… (if it is meat, also ask if they prefer it Well Done, Medium, or Rare)
Hours and Shifts
Customers are required to respect the start and end times of shifts, previously announced for the smooth operation of the restaurant. Unforeseen events will not justify delays that may affect service to other customers.
Cancellations
The procedure for total or partial cancellation (reduction in the number of people previously reserved) must be done by email, replying to the original reservation.
Cancellation: If the cancellation information is given up to 7 days before the dinner date, there will be the possibility to reschedule to another date to be agreed upon by the parties.
If the total or partial cancellation occurs during the week preceding the dinner date (less than 7 days), 30% of the reservation value will be retained. The same applies to reservations made during the week preceding the dinner date (less than 7 days) that are canceled totally or partially.
The reservation amount is non-refundable in case of no-show.
Minors
The restaurant is for persons over 18 years of age; however, minors may dine if accompanied by their legal guardians or adults providing a written authorization from the minor’s parents.
Children under 12 years old are not accepted, even if accompanied by parents or legal guardians.
Noticeably Intoxicated Persons
Access to the restaurant may be denied to customers who arrive noticeably intoxicated at the time of entry. In this case, there will be no refund of amounts already paid at the time of the reservation.
Photos and Videos
For privacy reasons and because some customers do not want to appear in photos/videos taken by others, we ask that you avoid capturing images, and if you do, only take them at your own table.
Traffic Light System
Each table has a holder with 3 cards that define how guests want to participate in the dinner.
Displaying the Red Card: Dancers do not approach the table, meaning you only want to watch the show.
Displaying the Orange Card: Dancers may approach the table but must be moderate in their approach.
Displaying the Green Card: Dancers may approach the table and interact with customers.
Dress Code / Attire
Smart casual attire is suggested (a harmonious and elegant look in terms of tones, colors, fabrics, shoes, and accessories).
Complaints and Resolutions
If you have any complaints, please inform us immediately.
If you do not inform us of your complaint, our ability to investigate and resolve the problem will be greatly hindered. For this reason, and unless there are valid reasons not to inform us, we are not responsible for complaints not directed to us by email at apoio@lingerieporto.com.
